WHAT IF I DIE IN THIS BATTLE!!!

The revolution we have all been looking for now stairs us in the face

Motivation and harmony now dwells within us

We have seen it now, that after all we can be United

We can come out to speak in one voice and stand our grounds

Both rich and poor try to play their roles

Graphic designers do their job

Writers write

Sharers share this write-ups

Pastors preach it

Musicians sing it

Actors act it

Everyone retweet it

Artist draw it

And others go out under the sun in one voice to fight it

Nigeria's  independence is finally here...

What came into my mind tonight was "what if I die in this battle"

What if uncountable people lose their lives in this struggle? Then they would be said to be martyrs haven fought for a good cause and achieving it at last

What if I die in this battle and we are not still heard

What if I lose myself in this battle

Just what if????

That is what goes on in the mind of so many of us at this time

Maybe we shouldn't think about any of this

Maybe our parents should leave us to participate in this revolution.

Maybe we should be left alone to express our youthful strengths and knowledge to the world

We know our rights and we will achieve all we want💪🏻💪🏻

Don't tell us to stop

Don't tell us to consider you

You did not do it when you were younger

If we don't, then who will?🤷🏼‍♀️

Let us do it while we are young

Let us make the change now!!

It's time to dominate

We have come to stay

I may not join in the protest, but I join in the fight with my pen

                                        The matter of depression and suicide in Nigeria these days is alarming,as a result of some painful and cruel situations, people tends to get depressed and in the process commit suicide, but I will say that this is not an option.
